I have a situation where I need to have two tables side by side. My approach was to create a table with one row and two cells to hold them. I found that I could not directly add tables like this, so I used a textframe as a container.

This allowed me to add the tables nicely. The problem is that follow-on tables encroach on the nested table territory and become superimposed.

Any solutions out there?
