PDFsharp & MigraDoc Foundation

I just downloaded PDFSharp and I am unclear on whether it offers the ability to programmatically change the existing text of a pdf document. I have seen other software packages that make the claim but after scouring google for days, I have seen little proof of the claim.

My problem is simple ( the solution might not be )...

I am receiving a pdf document from a vendor. It is generated from sql reporting services and contains no form fields. It generates a list of items for our company with data that needs some conversion. I need to access this text data and change it.

Is this possible?

Can you point me in the proper directioin if possible?

I have the exact same problem. I am also looking for a solution. Have you been able to find the answer you were looking for? If so, I would appriciate any help on this matter.
