Dear Sirs,
We are making a small application in .Net C# that needs to add stamps and text comments to pdf´s that are stored in an SQL database.
Please confirm if your tool will allow us to do the following in .Net C#:
Create a stamp with formatted text (we will select font, size, color and formatting) and then add this stamp to any previously created pdf or to new pdf´s. The stamp should have transparency and should be movable. This is the same as the Text Box Tool and Stamp Tool in the Comment & Markup section of the Tools bar in Acrobat.
