Has anyone been able to read the footers from each page of a PDF using PDFSharp? I am trying to do this in C# and am able to extract the text by adapting the excellent example using low level code posted here: http://forum.pdfsharp.net/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=527 My App extensively uses PDFSharp and I don't mind using low level code so please don't suggest MigraDoc.
