Hi,

Sometimes it should be handy if we could provide a starting number for a ordered list.
Depending on the use case an ordered list is not always starting with number 1.

For example a use case is when converting html to pdf.
In html it is possible to add a attribute to a <ol> tag to give the starting number.
This attribute was deprecated in Html 4.01, but revived in Html 5.
